When selecting products from our catalog that you want to gift, you will have the option to personalize your gift with a simple gift card or by purchasing a gift box. In the notes field, you can let us know if you want to include a personal message with the order.

What can I do if an item is sold out?

When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be prepared by our warehouse within 2-3 business days and handed over to the courier. Please note that external factors such as postal or courier delays, logistical issues, adverse weather conditions, or the inability to access the specified address may affect the delivery time. Once the order has been placed, it will no longer be possible to modify the shipping address.

Where is my order, and how can I track it?

Once the order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and the courier's information, which you can use to track your package.

I want to return one or more products from my order; how can I do that?

You can return a product within 14 days from the delivery date. The goods must be returned intact, complete with all their parts, and in their original packaging (including packaging materials and any documentation, labels, tags, or seals, etc.). Your item should be kept or used only for the time necessary to determine and verify its nature, characteristics, and size, and it must not show signs of wear, tears, or stains. You can request a return by writing to us at info@nonnacristina.com. Once your package has been received and the quality checks are completed, the refund will be processed. This process may take a few days, depending on the warehouse's workload.

Can I request a return for a size exchange?

At this time, size exchanges are not available. If the item is too large or too small, you can request a return and refund. You can then decide whether to place a new order for the desired product in the correct size or choose a different item.

Can I exchange a product purchased online directly in the physical stores?

No, it is not possible to return or exchange a product purchased online in a physical store.
