These Terms of Sale ("Terms") apply to purchases made through the website
www.nonnacristina.com (hereinafter also referred to as "Nonna Cristina" or the "Site"). Please read
these Terms carefully before placing an order and download a copy. By confirming that you have
read and accepted these Terms when placing an order through our Site, you confirm that you
unconditionally accept them.

Nonna Cristina reserves the right to unilaterally modify these Terms without any notice, indicating the date of the last update at the bottom.

These Terms govern the offer, submission, and acceptance of purchase orders for products on
nonnacristina.com and do not govern the provision of services or the sale of products by parties
other than the seller that may be present on the same Site through links, banners, or other
hypertext links.
Before submitting orders and purchasing products and services from parties other than the seller,
we suggest that you review their terms of sale.
The order will be considered a contractual purchase proposal. Upon receiving your order, Nonna
Cristina will send you an email with the order details (such as the quantity of products purchased,
the price, and delivery terms). This email does not constitute acceptance of your purchase
proposal but merely confirms that the order has been received. Once we receive your order, we will
verify the availability of the ordered products as well as the accuracy of the information you
provided.
The sales contract will only be concluded with the sending of a separate email accepting your
purchase proposal and/or confirming the shipment of the ordered products.
We may refuse your
order if the information you provided is incorrect or does not comply with these Terms; if the
payment details are incorrect or insufficient, or if the billing details are incorrect; if the shipping
address is incorrect or incomplete; if there is an error on the Site regarding the products you
ordered (such as an error related to the price or description of the products); if the products you
ordered are no longer available for sale through the Site; if we believe you are not of legal age; or
for reasons of force majeure.
To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old and select the products on the Site, choose
your preferred delivery method, and proceed with payment using one of the methods indicated.
Before completing the order, you will be required to log in with your personal account or,
alternatively (if you are not yet registered), to create a new account. If you prefer, you can complete
the order without registering, but you will be required to enter your personal and payment details
necessary to process the order.
We will not be liable to you or any third party for the withdrawal of any product from the Site, for the
removal or modification of materials or content on the Site, for the refusal to execute an order, or
for the suspension of the transaction once it has been initiated for any of the above reasons.
If we cannot accept your order, we will contact you by email or phone call as soon as possible. If
we cannot accept or process your order because the products are no longer available or due to an
error regarding the prices and/or other information related to the products you ordered, we will
contact you and suggest alternative products that may be of interest to you and that you may wish
to purchase. If you do not accept our suggestions, we will cancel your order for the products we
cannot provide and refund the amounts you have already paid for those products within 14
(fourteen) days of the order.
Orders may be canceled at any time before they are processed by us. If you wish to cancel your
order, please contact us by writing to info@nonnacristina.com. We will not accept order
cancellations made using methods other than those specified above. Once your order has been
processed, you can only exercise your right of withdrawal according to the procedure described
below.
Nonna Cristina sells clothing, shoes, and accessories.
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that the product information is accurate and up-to-date.
However, all content on the Site should not be construed as a binding representation or warranty
regarding the products. All product images, illustrations, and descriptions are provided for
illustrative purposes only, and since the colors you actually see on our Site depend on your
monitor, we cannot guarantee that the colors displayed on your monitor accurately reflect the
colors of the products we will deliver to you. Should you need further information about the
products, we invite you to contact us using the details provided in the "Contact" section of the Site.
We reserve the right to modify product information on the Site at any time without prior notice,
including but not limited to prices, descriptions, and availability. Such changes will not affect orders
that have already been accepted.
Product availability refers to the actual availability at the time you place the order. However, this
availability should be considered purely indicative because, due to the simultaneous presence of
multiple users on the Site, products may be sold to other customers before your order is confirmed.
Even after sending the order confirmation email, cases of partial or total unavailability of the
merchandise may occur. In this event, the order will be automatically adjusted by removing the
unavailable product, and you will be informed via email. If you request to cancel the order, thereby
terminating the contract, Nonna Cristina will refund the amount paid within 60 days from the
moment it became aware of your decision to terminate the contract.
When completing the registration procedures, you are required to follow the instructions on the Site
and to provide your personal data accurately and truthfully. If you provide incorrect or incomplete
data, or if there is any dispute from the concerned parties regarding payments made, Nonna
Cristina reserves the right not to activate or to suspend the service until the relevant issues are
resolved.
During your first request to activate a user profile, you will need to enter the required
data, marked with an asterisk, in the registration form. You will then be able to access your
personal profile using your email address and password. These credentials constitute the
validation system for your access to the Site and the only system capable of identifying you. All
actions performed through this access will be attributed to you and will have binding effect on you.
You are also required to keep your access credentials confidential, to safeguard them with due
care and diligence, and not to share them even temporarily with third parties.
The price of the products will be as indicated on the Site, except in cases of obvious errors. If there
is indeed an error, Nonna Cristina will notify you as soon as possible, allowing you to confirm the
order with the correct amount or to cancel it. If you cancel the order, we will refund or recredit the
amount you paid for the products for which you canceled the order.
In no case will Nonna Cristina be obliged to supply the products at the lower price mistakenly indicated.
The prices on the Site include VAT but do not include shipping costs. Prices may change at any
time. Changes do not affect orders for which an order confirmation has already been sent.
Please note that if you request delivery to countries outside the European Union, customs duties
and VAT may apply, and these charges are entirely at your expense.
We reserve the right to change the price of the products on the Site at any time and without notice.
Price changes will not affect your order that has already been accepted by us and for which we
have already sent you the shipping confirmation. Once you have selected the products, they will be
added to the cart. Simply follow the purchase instructions, entering or verifying the required
information at each step of the process. Order details can be modified before payment. Payment
can be made by credit card (we accept major payment card networks such as Visa, Mastercard,
AMEX) or PayPal.
If you pay by credit or debit card, you will need to provide your card details at the time of the order,
and it will be charged when we receive your order for an amount equal to the total value of your
order. We will not accept your order, nor will we ship the products, until your credit or debit card
issuer has authorized the transaction for the payment of the products ordered. We will notify you
immediately if we do not receive such authorization. We reserve the right to verify the identity of
the credit or debit card holder by requesting the most appropriate information.
If you pay through PayPal, you will be asked to log in to your account with your email and
password to confirm the payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still make the
payment through PayPal, and you will be asked to enter your personal information and credit card
details. The products will be shipped to you after the payment transaction is completed. If we do
not receive payment within 30 days from the date of your order, your order will be canceled, and
you will receive an email confirming the cancellation.
All transactions made by credit and debit cards on the Site are processed through "STRIPE," a
secure electronic network responsible for automatically collecting and managing your payment
details in a safe environment.
Nonna Cristina ships to the following geographic areas: worldwide.
Shipping costs may apply to your order, which will be indicated directly during the processing of the
order. However, please note that shipping is free for orders:
- over EUR 99,00 (ninetynine/00) in Italy;
- over EUR 500.00 (fivehundred/00) in Europe;
- over EUR 500.00 (fivehundred/00) in the United States and the rest of the world.
- over EUR 600.00 (sixhundred/00) in the rest of the world.
Product shipments are made through a courier selected by Nonna Cristina (generally with Mail
Boxes), for which a tracking service is active. Orders are processed from our warehouse within 2-3
business days from the date of receipt in our system. During the Sales period, Black Friday, or
holiday periods, shipping may take longer.
We suggest you always choose an address where someone can receive the package. If you prefer
to receive your order at an office or a concierge, please also provide the name of the contact
person.
Please note that external factors such as postal or courier delays, logistical problems, adverse
weather conditions, or the inability to access the indicated address may affect the punctuality of the
delivery. We always recommend monitoring the shipment status with the tracking code provided
via email when the package is shipped, so you can check the order status at any time.
Please remember that it is not possible to change the delivery address once the order has been shipped.
Upon delivery of the products, the Customer must check:
- that the packaging is intact. If not, we advise you NOT to accept the goods and leave them
with the courier. If this happens, please notify us promptly so we can quickly arrange for a
new shipment of the purchased goods.
- In case of anomalies, it is recommended to sign the receipt document presented by the
courier with the note "ACCEPTED WITH RESERVATION," making it easier to obtain
refunds for damages caused during transport.
- If the goods received are damaged or incomplete, we suggest taking photos of the package
received inside and outside: in case of a refund request, Nonna Cristina may ask for such
material to understand and verify the actual problem.
With the exception of what is specified above, if the Customer refuses the delivery of the goods,
any delivery costs necessary to return the package to Nonna Cristina will be deducted from the
refund due to the Customer.
Once the products have been handed over to the courier, we will send you a shipping confirmation
email. In case of returning the products, the shipping costs will always be at your expense.
We will not proceed with the shipment of the products until payment has been received. You can
check the current status of your order by following the link in the shipping confirmation email.
We make every reasonable effort to fulfill our obligations under these Conditions. However, the performance of services by Nonna Cristina may be suspended in the event of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances that prevent or delay their execution. Such events include, but are not limited to, war, riots, insurrections, strikes, and supply problems affecting Nonna Cristina due to third-party suppliers. If the suspension of service lasts longer than 30 days, you will have the option to cancel the order placed, and you will be refunded the amounts already paid.
We hope you are satisfied with the goods. However, if you change your mind, you can request a
return within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order without specifying the reason. Please
note that the shipping costs will be at your expense.
The products must be returned in the same condition as you received them, i.e., in perfect
condition, unused, with all labels and tags still attached to the product. We therefore invite you not
to remove the tags; otherwise, the return will not be accepted.
The goods must be shipped to the address Nonna Cristina di Carla Apreda corso Italia 188 (80067) Sorrento – Napoli.
Please note that it is not possible to return or exchange products purchased online in our stores.
To exercise the right of withdrawal on a purchased product, you must contact us by writing to
info@nonnacristina.com specifying the necessary details (order code, products to be returned,
etc.).
All returned items will be inspected by Nonna Cristina's staff to verify compliance with the
conditions and parameters listed in the return procedure. Nonna Cristina also reserves the right to
assess any additional charges that may be necessary to ensure the resale of the returned items.
These amounts will be determined after evaluating the condition of the returns and communicated
to the Customer.
As soon as your return is delivered to our warehouse, Nonna Cristina will carry out the necessary
checks. If the outcome is positive, we will send you an email to confirm the return and the refund
arrangement.
We invite you to return the goods in the same condition as you received them, warning you that, in
the absence of these conditions, we would be forced to deduct from the refund the amount
corresponding to the loss of value of the goods due to your actions.
All items for sale on Nonna Cristina's website are delivered to the Customer with an authenticity
tag attached to the garment. The item should be tried on without removing the tag.
The refund will be made within 14 days from the receipt of the goods, using the same payment
method used to confirm the order.
Please also note that the time required to receive the refund depends on your credit institution's internal procedures.
The buyer's data is processed in accordance with the regulations on personal data protection, as specified in the appropriate section of the Site containing the privacy policy.
In the event that any of the clauses of these Conditions is invalid for any reason, this will not affect the validity and compliance with the other provisions contained in these Conditions.

These Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Italian law. Consequently, the interpretation, execution, and termination of these Conditions are subject exclusively to Italian law, and any disputes related to or arising from them will be resolved exclusively by the Italian judiciary. In particular, if the purchaser qualifies as a Consumer, any disputes will be resolved by the court of the place of domicile or residence of the same, according to the applicable law. Any non-consumer-related disputes connected with these Conditions will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Naples.
