Your order will be prepared by our warehouse within 2-3 business days and handed over to the courier. Please note that external factors such as postal or courier delays, logistical issues, adverse weather conditions, or the inability to access the specified address may affect the delivery time. Once the order has been placed, it will no longer be possible to modify the shipping address.
Once the order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and the courier's information, which you can use to track your package.
You can return a product within 14 days from the delivery date. The goods must be returned intact, complete with all their parts, and in their original packaging (including packaging materials and any documentation, labels, tags, or seals, etc.). At this time, size exchanges are not available. If the item is too large or too small, you can request a return and refund. You can then decide whether to place a new order for the desired product in the correct size or choose a different item.

No, it is not possible to return or exchange a product purchased online in a physical store.
